Digital Painting Portfolio

Digital painting is the combination of old techniques and modern technology. Though a lot more time-consuming, digital painting is the medium of art that creates memorable cover artwork and character designs.

The process for creating images like these involves a clear back-and-forth line of communication between my clients and myself. After creating an initial sketch, I get feedback on the general layout and design. From there, I start building the image up, all the while sending progress images along the way. 

This allows me to make edits as I create the image, ensuring that the client gets exactly what they want out of the project. As a bonus, it also speeds up the process since I’m not creating fully formed images only to go back and change things after each iteration.
